This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain how UD Trucks (Thailand) Co., Ltd., UD Trucks Corporation (Thailand) Co., Ltd, Thai-Swedish Assembly Co., Ltd., TMBP Limited, TSA Land Co., Ltd. (“UD Trucks”) collects, uses, and discloses (“process” “processing”) the Personal Data pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

 

It is necessary for you to read and understand this Privacy Policy where it relates to you. The content of this Privacy Policy is as follows.

 

  1. Application of this Privacy Policy

    This Privacy Policy applies to you if you are an individual customer, or a person associated with a corporate client (including the authorized director(s), authorized representative(s), employee(s), vehicle driver(s) and/or the contact person(s) of a corporate client) (“Associated Person”), who purchase or use UD Trucks’ products and services, and it also applies to you as our prospective customers, who is interested in our products or services, and guarantors of the customers.

     

    Furthermore, this Privacy Policy also applies to any person, who visit UD Trucks’ website,application, and/or other online platforms (“Platform”).

 

 

  1. The Types of Personal Data that We Process

    In general, UD Trucks will collect and process the following types of your Personal Data:

Vehicle registrationnumber, model, color, Chasis Number and any other information, which is related to the vehicles, which you or your organization purchases from UD Trucks, or for which UD Trucks provide services. This type of the Personal Data includes telemetric related data.

Information collected when you visit

Voice records, images, and motions collected via the installed CCTV when you enter our premises.

Transactional information

Any information, which is required in order to enter into an agreement between UD Trucks and you or your company.

Order/Product or service information

Order number, purchase history, service history, appointment history, and other information, which is related to the provision of the services by UD Trucks, or the products purchased.

Driving information

Information relating to the driving behavioral information such as speed, acceleration, break, vehicle location, latitude, longitude, odometer.

 

Platform related information

Cookies, IP address, interactions with our, log-in information, and other information, which is related to the use of our Platform.

Sensitive personal data

In the case where UD Trucks collects a copy of Thai identification card, which contains religion and/or blood type data, which are considered as Sensitive personal data under the PDPA.

 

In this regard, UD Trucks does not have an intention to collect or process such sensitive personal data, which is appeared on the copy of my national identification card, i.e., religion and/or blood type. Therefore, unless the copy of the Thai identification card is to be passed to local authority(ies) as required by law or such authority (ies), UD Trucks requires you to omit, blind or cross out the information about your religion and/or blood type, before surrendering/providing a copy of the Thai identification card to UD Trucks.

 

In the case where the full copy of the Thai identification card is collected, whereby the sensitive personal datastill appears on such Thai identification card, UD Trucks may, at any time, blind or cross out the information about my religion and/or blood type from such document in order to comply with the PDPA that requires UD Trucks to collect personal data to the extent that is necessary and relevant for its business operations.

 

In the case where UD Trucks will collect the Personal Data other than those proscribed in this Privacy Policy, UD Trucks will inform you about the collection or the processing of the Personal Data, in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the PDPA.

 

 

  1. The Methods for the collection of your Personal Data

    In general, UD Trucks will collect the Personal Data through the following methods:

Remark: If you do not provide any Personal Data that is necessary for the performance of contractcontract, we may not be able to perform our obligations under contract with you – for example, we may not be able to allow you to use UD Trucks’ system (such as telematics system), etc.

 

To verify a person or his/her authorization

Before entering into a transaction or contract with you, whether you act on behalf of your organization or on your own interest, UD Trucks may need to undertake a process for verify your identity and/or your authorization.

In order to ensure safety at our branches, premises, or other properties of UD Trucks, as well as life and body of our employees, contractors, customers, and any visitors, including you, UD Trucks has installed CCTV cameras around its premises, whereby your pictures, videos, and sound may be recorded when you visit such locations.

 

In addition, when you visit our office, factories, or premises, you may be required to identify yourself before entering our buildings.

  1. The Cross-Border Transfer of The Personal Data

    UD Trucks regularly transfers your Personal Data to its affiliates and group companies, and in certain circumstances, to third parties (e.g., service providers), located outside Thailand, which may have different data protection standards to those prescribed by the data protection authority in Thailand.

    In addition, most of our servers, which we use to process and store your Personal Data for the purposes prescribed herein this Privacy Policy, are located outside Thailand.

    Notwithstanding that, UD Trucks ensures that it will protect your Personal Data by implementing adequate personal data protection standards for the transfer of your Personal Data outside Thailand. UD Trucks shall also ensure that any third parties to whom your Personal Data will be disclosed, shall implement adequate personal data protection standards, and where your Personal Data will be transferred within UD Trucks’ affiliates or group companies, UD Trucks shall use permitted data transfer mechanisms, e.g., binding corporate rules.

    UD Trucks retains your Personal Data for as long as is required in order to fulfil our contractual obligations, or the performance of our services to you or our customers, and for a period not exceeding 10 (ten) years after the cessation of our contractual relationship, or the last performance of our services, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

    We may retain your Personal Data longer than the above period, only as otherwise permitted or specified by the applicable law.

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว

 

ในกรณีที่ยูดี ทรัคส์ เก็บรวบรวมสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนไทย ซึ่งมีข้อมูลศาสนาและ/หรือหมู่โลหิต ซึ่งถือเป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหวตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ในกรณีดังกล่าว ยูดี ทรัคส์ ไม่มีเจตนาจะเก็บรวบรวมหรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหวที่ปรากฏอยู่ในสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของท่าน ได้แก่ ศาสนาและ/หรือหมู่โลหิต ด้วยเหตุนี้ ยูดี ทรัคส์ จึงขอให้ท่านขีดฆ่าหรือปกปิดข้อมูลดังกล่าวบนสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของท่าน (ได้แก่ ศาสนาและ/หรือหมู่โลหิตของท่าน) ก่อนมอบเอกสารดังกล่าวให้ยูดี ทรัคส์ เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่จะมีการส่งสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนนั้นให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐตามที่กฎหมาย/เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐกำหนด

ในกรณีที่สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนที่เก็บรวบรวมยังคงมีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหวดังกล่าวปรากฏอยู่ ยูดี ทรัคส์ อาจขีดฆ่าหรือปกปิดข้อมูลศาสนาและ/หรือหมู่โลหิตของท่านบนเอกสารดังกล่าวเมื่อใดก็ได้ เพื่อปฏิบัติตาม พ.ร.บ. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งกำหนดให้ยูดี ทรัคส์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพียงเท่าที่จำเป็นหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบธุรกิจ

 

ในกรณีที่ยูดี ทรัคส์ จะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ ยูดี ทรัคส์ จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวมหรือการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ใน พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

 

  1. วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

    โดยทั่วไป ยูดี ทรัคส์ จะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยใช้วิธีดังต่อไปนี้

  2. เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากท่านโดยตรงผ่านวิธีการต่าง ๆ เช่น กล้องวงจรปิด การติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างท่านกับบุคลากรของเรา แพลตฟอร์มของเรา ตัวแทนจำหน่ายภายในองค์การของเรา กรณีที่ท่านซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ และ/หรือบริการของเรา และในขณะที่ท่านขับขี่ยานพาหนะ 

  3. จากแหล่งอื่นหรือจากบุคคลภายนอก เช่น ตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งจากเรา องค์กรของท่าน และธนาคารพาณิชย์

 

ในกรณีที่ท่านให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลอื่นใดแก่ยูดี ทรัคส์ ท่านรับรองว่าท่านได้แจ้งให้บุคคลดังกล่าวทราบเกี่ยวกับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลดังกล่าวโดยยูดี ทรัคส์ ตามที่กล่าวไว้ในนโยบายฉบับนี้ นอกจากนี้ หากเป็นกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องได้รับความยินยอมสำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ท่านตกลงว่าจะให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ยูดี ทรัคส์ ในการดำเนินการให้ได้รับความยินยอมที่มีผลสมบูรณ์และบังคับใช้ได้จากบุคคลดังกล่าว

    โดยทั่วไป ยูดี ทรัคส์ จะประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ต่อไปนี้

  • ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ/บริการหรือผลิตภัณฑ์

  • ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว ได้แก่ ศาสนาและ/หรือหมู่โลหิต ซึ่งปรากฏอยู่บนสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนไทย (ถ้าต้องใช้)

• ความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้ง (สำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว)  

หมายเหตุ หากท่านไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการเข้าทำสัญญา เราอาจไม่สามารถเข้าทำสัญญากับท่านได้

 

เพื่อใช้สิทธิและปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญา หรือภายในขอบเขตของนิติสัมพันธ์ระหว่างยูดี ทรัคส์ กับท่าน

 

 

หลังจากเข้าทำสัญญาแล้ว ยูดี ทรัคส์ อาจจำเป็นต้องประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อใช้สิทธิและปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญา เช่น เพื่อจัดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ท่านซื้อ เพื่อให้บริการ เพื่อดำเนินขั้นตอนการชำระเงิน/คืนเงิน และเพื่อส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์

  • ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย (สำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั่วไป และในกรณีของลูกค้าองค์กร ซึ่งยูดี ทรัคส์ จำเป็นต้องประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าองค์กรรายนั้น)

  • ความยินยอม (สำหรับกรณีที่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของยานพาหนะ และ/หรือการประมวลผลข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการขับขี่อันเกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการขับขี่)

  • ความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้ง (สำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว)  

หมายเหตุ หากท่านไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญา เราอาจไม่สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญาที่เรามีต่อท่านได้ อาทิ เราอาจไม่สามารถให้ท่านใช้งานระบบของยูดี ทรัคส์ (เช่น ระบบตรวจสอบยานพาหนะ (Telematics System)) ได้ เป็นต้น

 

เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนหรือตรวจสอบอำนาจของบุคคล

 

ก่อนเข้าทำธุรกรรมหรือสัญญากับท่าน ไม่ว่าท่านจะกระทำการแทนองค์กรของท่านหรือเพื่อประโยชน์ของท่านเอง ยูดี ทรัคส์ อาจต้องดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนในการยืนยันตัวตนและ/หรืออำนาจของท่าน

เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยที่สาขา สถานที่ หรือทรัพย์สินอื่นของยูดี ทรัคส์

 

เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยที่สาขา สถานที่ หรือทรัพย์สินอื่นของยูดี ทรัคส์ ตลอดจนชีวิตและร่างกายของพนักงาน ผู้รับจ้าง ลูกค้า และผู้มาเยือนสถานที่ของเรา ซึ่งรวมถึงท่าน ยูดี ทรัคส์ ได้ติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดโดยรอบสถานที่ของบริษัท ซึ่งอาจบันทึกภาพ วิดีโอ และเสียงของท่านเมื่อท่านเข้ามายังสถานที่ดังกล่าว

นอกจากนี้ เมื่อท่านเข้ามายังสำนักงาน โรงงาน หรือสถานที่ของบริษัท ท่านอาจจำเป็นต้องยืนยันตัวตนก่อนเข้ามายังอาคารของเรา

ยูดี ทรัคส์ อาจจำเป็นต้องประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ คำสั่ง ประกาศ หรือหลักเกณฑ์อื่นที่ออกโดยหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การปฏิบัติตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านที่เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

หมายเหตุ หากท่านไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายใด ๆ ที่มีผลใช้บังคับ อาจถือได้ว่าท่าน และ/หรือเราไม่ปฏิบัติตาม และ/หรือฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับดังกล่าว

 

เพื่อก่อตั้ง ใช้ ปฏิบัติตาม หรือยกขึ้นต่อสู้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย

 

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอาจถูกประมวลผลเพื่อก่อตั้ง ใช้ ปฏิบัติตาม หรือยกขึ้นต่อสู้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย

คุกกี้เป็นไฟล์ข้อมูลขนาดเล็กซึ่งใช้เก็บข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ และเพื่อให้เว็บไซต์สามารถจดจำการตั้งค่าของผู้ใช้งานได้

  1. เราใช้คุกกี้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใด

เราใช้คุกกี้เพื่อให้บริการแก่ท่านบนเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ เพื่อให้แสดงเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์ได้อย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อให้เว็บไซต์สามารถมีการใช้งานบางอย่างได้ เพื่อให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและการสื่อสารระหว่างเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ของท่านกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา และระหว่างเว็บไซต์กับท่านในฐานะผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ และเพื่อให้สามารถจดจำท่านได้เมื่อท่านเข้ามายังเว็บไซต์ของเราผ่านทางเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ เป็นต้น

ยูดี ทรัคส์ จำเป็นต้องใช้คุกกี้เพื่อให้เราสามารถให้บริการแก่ท่านผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ได้ตามที่กล่าวไว้ข้างต้น คุกกี้ที่เราใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้บริการผ่านทางเว็บไซต์จะมีการใช้ทันทีที่ท่านเข้ามายังเว็บไซต์ของยูดี ทรัคส์

ท่านอาจบล็อกคุกกี้ได้โดยการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ของท่านให้ปฏิเสธคุกกี้ทุกประเภทหรือบางประเภท อย่างไรก็ดี หากท่านบล็อกคุกกี้ทุกประเภท ซึ่งรวมถึงคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานของเว็บไซต์ของเรา ท่านอาจไม่สามารถเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ของเราได้ทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน

 

หากท่านไม่ยินยอมให้มีการใช้คุกกี้อีกต่อไป ท่านสามารถทำได้โดยการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ให้ลบคุกกี้อาจจากเว็บเบราว์เซอร์แต่ละประเภทที่ท่านใช้

    ในกรณีที่เว็บไซต์ของเรามีลิงก์เชื่อมต่อไปยังเว็บไซต์อื่น เราจะไม่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อการใช้งานเว็บไซต์อื่นโดยท่าน อย่างไรก็ดี เราขอแนะนำให้ท่านอ่านและทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

     

  2. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

    ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น บริษัทอาจจำเป็นต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อบุคคลภายนอกดังนี้

  3. บริษัทในเครือหรือบริษัทในกลุ่มของยูดี ทรัคส์ ทั้งที่ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทยและในต่างประเทศ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการบริหารและจัดการภายในองค์กร เพื่อจัดให้บริการและ/หรือผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ท่าน เพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเราตามสัญญา และเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นตามที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายฉบับนี้

  4. ตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่เป็นบุคคลภายนอก

  5. ผู้ค้าที่เป็นบุคคลภายนอกซึ่งให้บริการแก่ยูดี ทรัคส์ เช่น ผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ และผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์

  6. ธนาคารพาณิชย์และสถาบันการเงิน ในกรณีผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้ความช่วยเหลือทางการเงิน

  7. ที่ปรึกษากฎหมายที่เป็นบุคคลภายนอก รวมถึง ในกรณีที่มีการเรียกเก็บหนี้ การดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย และการบังคับตามกฎหมาย

  8. ที่ปรึกษา ผู้ให้คำแนะนำ ผู้ตรวจสอบ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญอื่น  ๆ

  9. หน่วยงานของรัฐซึ่งมีหน้าที่ในการกำกับดูแล ดำเนินคดี ปฏิบัติงานด้านภาษี หรือหน่วยงานอื่นของรัฐ ศาลหรือคณะบุคคลผู้ทำการวินิจฉัยคดีในประเทศหรือเขตปกครองใด  ๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะกรมสรรพากร

  10. พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของยูดี ทรัคส์

  11. บุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนเจ้าของในยูดี ทรัคส์ หรือสินทรัพย์หรือทรัพย์สินใด ๆ ของยูดี ทรัคส์ และ

     

  12. บุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลอื่นใดที่ยูดี ทรัคส์ มีหน้าที่ต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ หรือที่ท่านได้อนุญาตให้ยูดี ทรัคส์ ทำการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

 

  1. การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ

    ยูดี ทรัคส์ ส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังบริษัทในเครือและบริษัทในกลุ่มบริษัทของเราเป็นประจำ และในบางกรณี อาจมีการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก (เช่น ผู้ให้บริการ) ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งอาจมีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ต่างไปจากมาตรฐานที่กำหนดโดยหน่วยงานผู้มีอำนาจหน้าที่ในเรื่องการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในประเทศไทย

    นอกจากนี้ เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราส่วนใหญ่ที่เราใช้ในการประมวลผลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่กล่าวไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ ไม่ได้อยู่ในประเทศไทย

    อย่างไรก็ดี ยูดี ทรัคส์ ดำเนินการให้มั่นใจได้ว่าจะมีการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยการจัดให้มีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอเมื่อส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังต่างประเทศ นอกจากนี้ ยูดี ทรัคส์ ดำเนินการให้มั่นใจได้ว่าบุคคลภายนอกที่จะได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะใช้มาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอ และในกรณีการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังบริษัทในเครือและบริษัทในกลุ่มบริษัทของเรา บริษัทจะใช้กลไกสำหรับควบคุมการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูล เช่น นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของกลุ่มบริษัท

     

  2. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

    ยูดี ทรัคส์ เก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้นานเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามสัญญาของเรา หรือเพื่อให้บริการแก่ท่านหรือลูกค้าของเรา โดยจะเก็บไว้เป็นเวลาไม่เกินสิบ (10) ปี หลังจากสิ้นสุดความสัมพันธ์ตามสัญญาหรือการให้บริการครั้งสุดท้าย เว้นแต่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับจะกำหนดหรืออนุญาตไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น

    บริษัทอาจเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้นานกว่าระยะเวลาข้างต้นหากกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับอนุญาตหรือกำหนดไว้เช่นนั้น

     

  3. สิทธิของท่านในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

    ท่านมีสิทธิต่อไปนี้ในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

  4. สิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงขอบเขตความยินยอมของท่าน

     

  5. สิทธิในการขอให้เรายืนยันว่าเรามีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับท่านหรือไม่ อีกทั้งมีสิทธิเข้าถึงหรือขอรับสำเนาของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้น สิทธิในการขอข้อมูลว่าเราได้ประมวลผลหรือกำลังประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร และสิทธิในการขอให้เราเปิดเผยถึงแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่เราได้รับมาโดยที่ท่านไม่ได้ให้ความยินยอม

  6. สิทธิในการขอให้เราแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับท่านให้ถูกต้อง

  7. ในบางกรณี ท่านมีสิทธิขอให้เราลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านกลายเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของท่านได้

  8. ในบางกรณี ท่านมีสิทธิคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

  9. ในบางกรณี ท่านมีสิทธิขอรับ หรือขอให้เราส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านซึ่งอยู่ในรูปแบบที่สามารถอ่านหรือใช้งานโดยทั่วไปได้ด้วยเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ที่ทางานได้โดยอัตโนมัติ และสามารถใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ด้วยวิธีการอัตโนมัติให้แก่บุคคลอื่น และ

  10. ในบางกรณี ท่านมีสิทธิขอให้เราระงับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการไม่ดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านหากเป็นการเหมาะสมและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับอนุญาต

นอกเหนือจากสิทธิข้างต้น ท่านมีสิทธิยื่นคำร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยเราต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

เท่าที่กฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่ใช้บังคับอนุญาต บริษัทฯ อาจมีสิทธิเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินการตามคำขอข้างต้น

  1. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายฉบับนี้

    ยูดี ทรัคส์ อาจแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวไว้บนเว็บไซต์ของยูดี ทรัคส์ สำหรับการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม การเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือการปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้ในลักษณะที่จะกระทบต่อวัตถุประสงค์เดิมที่มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ยูดี ทรัคส์ จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว และดำเนินการให้ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน(หากกฎหมายกำหนด) ก่อนที่การเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้นจะเริ่มมีผลบังคับ
