We are pleased to announce the nominees for this year’s Extra Mile Awards — a celebration of colleagues who made exceptional contributions.

เรามีความยินดีที่จะประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัล Extra Mile Awards ประจำปีนี้ — รางวัลที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองเพื่อนร่วมงานที่สร้างผลงานโดดเด่นเป็นพิเศษ

 

Formerly known as the UD Awards, the newly refreshed Extra Mile Awards place an even stronger focus on fairness, transparency, and recognizing the diverse contributions that drive our company forward. Colleagues from across Japan and around the world have submitted their achievements, and now it’s your turn to help select the top performers.

As part of our ongoing commitment to making better organizational and social value, and enhancing employee engagement, the Extra Mile Awards reflect our dedication to acknowledging meaningful contributions, encouraging collaboration, and celebrating the talent that shapes UD Trucks. This year, nominations are organized into four key contribution areas from the Isuzu ID — the values and goals that represent who we are and how we succeed together. 

 

รางวัลนี้เคยเป็นที่รู้จักในชื่อ UD Awards และได้ถูกปรับโฉมใหม่เป็น Extra Mile Awards โดยให้ความสำคัญยิ่งขึ้นกับความยุติธรรม ความโปร่งใส และการยกย่องผลงานที่หลากหลายซึ่งช่วยขับเคลื่อนองค์กรของเรา เพื่อนร่วมงานจากทั่วประเทศญี่ปุ่นและทั่วโลกได้ส่งผลงานเข้าร่วม และตอนนี้ถึงเวลาที่คุณจะช่วยคัดเลือกผู้ที่ทำผลงานยอดเยี่ยมที่สุด
