1.    From a distance, check

2.    At the front, check

Front lid, check

Cab sides

§  Windows

§  Mirrors

3.    The sides, check

Auxiliary equipment

§  Air tanks

§  Toolbox

§  Water separator

§  Spare wheel

§  Body integrity

Tire

  •      Correct tire inflation
  •      Objects stuck
  •      Tire damage
  •      Tread depth

Wheels rims

  •      Missing wheel nuts
  •      Missing hub seals
  •      Rust bleeding
  •      Rim damage

Wheel tightening

  •      Signs of loose wheel nuts
  •      Damaged wheel bolts or nuts
  •      Correct tightening force
  •      Only use UD original toolkit

4.    Load securing equipment, check

§  Chains and tensioners

§  Ratchet webbings or ropes

§  Twist locks

5.    The rear end, check

§  Lights

§  Doors

§  Ramps

§  Tailgate

§  Trailer coupling

6.    Inside the cab, check
